The Salt Room Brighton

Had an amazing lunch here - we tried the turbot cooked in the Josper as the catch of the day and it was unbelievably good. The sauces and sides were all cooked to perfection. The ambiance and setting also worked perfectly. Fred was looking after us and was brilliant - good knowledge and very friendly. It all made for a wonderful experience.

We had a lovely dinner at The Salt Room on our last night in Brighton! Location was great as it’s only a minute or two walk from our hotel. The food was great and we enjoyed being seated with a nice view of the seaside. Steven, our waiter, was super friendly and helpful as well! The basque cheesecake dessert recommendation was perfect as a way to end our meal. If/when we come back to Brighton on holiday, we will definitely visit again.

Vibes was electric! Beautiful aesthetic! Super friendly and welcoming staff. Short wait for a table with a sea view but it was well worth the wait. Food was delicious and the price was reasonable. The chips were so fresh, hot and very tasty! Sea bass fillet was delicious. Decent menu with a nice variety of seafood and meat options.
